Who are you?

  • We are a small niche manufacturer in business since 2017.
  • We’ve been producing our line of replica firearms and parts since 2019.
  • Our lead times are a little longer — but the difference IS worth it. 

What do you sell?

  • We offer reproduction-style USGI replica lowers, rifles, supressors. Reissue Hydra-Matic Div® Lowers and Rifles. We are the manufacturer of RussianPaint.
  • These are newly manufactured, semi-automatic replica firearms — not surplus or restored originals.
  • By purchasing, you agree to our Receiver receiver notice and Legal Terms and Conditions (more details are linked at the bottom of the page).

When will my parts or paint order ship?

  • In-stock parts usually ship within 2 weeks. We try to ship within 1 week whenever possible, but current manufacturing volume may extend processing times.
  • if you need something faster, please email us before ordering.
  • We manufacture after 5 PM on weekdays and typically pack and ship orders on weekends.
  • With the exception of pistol grips made for us, our products are manufactured in-house.

What’s the best way to contact you?

  • Email us — it’s the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. We respond within 24-48 hours, we do miss emails from time to time. 
  • Text us, we cannot answer phone calls until after normal business hours and were normally manufacturing or packing orders. 
  • Feel free to reach out again if you haven't heard back. We DO NOT monitor FFL@intlmilco.com as that is for collecting lincense only.

What are your hours of operation?

  • We operate after normal business hours and on weekends.
  • Please email us anytime — we will reply as soon as possible.

Can I pick up my lower locally?

  • No. We are strictly a manufacturer — we ship firearms to your selected licensed FFL dealer even if you are local to us. We don't have 

Where do I send my FFL?

  • Email a signed copy of your dealer’s FFL and SOT if needed to ffl@intlmilco.com.
  • Include your order number and name when you send the FFL.

What is Route Package Protection?

  • Route is a 2A-friendly package protection service.
  • If your parts or firearm are lost in transit, they will assist you in placing a replacement order.

Do you offer gunsmithing services?

  • No.
  • We do not offer gunsmithing due to time constraints.
  • We recommend John Thomas at Retro Arms Works and D.Wilson other trusted shops for assembly services.

Why are receivers often out of stock?

  • We are a small shop and our products are in high demand.
  • Sign up for in-stock notifications on any lower you’re interested in, if you don't see the option to 
  • You’ll be the first to know when it’s available or when we are taking pre-orders.

When will a specific receiver or product be back in stock?

  • Sign up for in-stock notifications on each product page.
  • You can also subscribe to our newsletter for important receiver availability announcements.
  • We do not send spam or junk marketing offers.

Your website/email says something is in stock, but I can’t add it to my cart?

  • It could be a site error or inventory not updated after a recent sale.
  • Sign up for the in-stock notification for that item to be alerted when it is available.

Can I cancel an order before it ships?

  • Possibly, if a label has been made and its enroute to ups I can not.
  • Cancellations are subject to a 15% fee.Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.

Lower Receivers

Do you offer Colt, FN, H&R, or HK markings?

Where are your manufacturing marks located?

  • Our marks are located on the bottom, inside the trigger well.

Do you sell 80% lowers, or mark 80% receivers?

  • No. We do not sell 80% lowers, nor do we engrave or complete unfinished receivers.

Will you manufacture or cut my partially finished frame or receiver?

  • No. We only manufacture and transfer fully completed 100% serialized lowers.
  • We do not offer gunsmithing or marking services on customer-supplied frames.
