Shipping

In-stock orders generally ship within 14 days, but may take longer during periods of heavy workload. We are a small, niche manufacturer and prioritize manufacturing during the week, with most packing and shipping handled on weekends.

Every order will be fulfilled. If an item shows In Stock, we physically have it we do not drop ship or list inventory we don't own. A longer processing time does not mean your order has been overlooked.

We ship within the United States only. Complete firearms and receivers must ship to a valid FFL, Supressors and SBR's must have a valid SOT.

Carrier delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and are separate from our processing time.

Returns Policy

You may return new (Intlmilco Products), unopened parts within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We charge a non negotiable 15% restocking fee to cover loss of labor and CC/bank fees. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). I stand behind the products I manufacture.

Lower & Upper Receivers, Vintage/Used/Surplus Parts, & RussianPaint™ are NON Refundable 

If we verify that the issue is a defective receiver - you will have the option of receiving a replacement or a refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, if we shipped the incorrect part this will happen must faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
