Vietam M16A1 Furniture - Correct for ALL M16 & M16A1 Until 1971/72

Green - Grade A+ & A

 Blue - Grade B 

 Yellow - Grade C 

 Red - Grade D 

• These are USED - VINTAGE! Original Take off furniture
• Some HGs may have dirt inside still, same with grips! I cleaned the outside only
• Stocks - Mostly Type D, SOME Type C (Im not charging more for type C) - NO 
  • Stocks, some may have light rust on the sling swivel or sling loop
  • Any stock that had bad rusted sling swivel I masked stock off, blasted just the stud & replaced the sling loop. Depending on the condition I left some. These have been in storage for 40-50 years...
• HG's - All have drain hole 
  • Some cracks may be present, only grade D will have missing teeth, Grade B/C may have slight chipping in the teeth on the sharp edges
• Grade A 
  • Nicest out of 30, hairline crack, barely noticeable, super nice stock, almost perfect grip
• Grade A
  • No missing teeth
  • very minor crack in hg
  • no chips on teeth
  • without cracks and nice buttpad
  • nicest grip possible
• Grade B
  • No missing teeth
  • Crack or two in HG but not bad
  • stock solid w/solid buttplate - some mottling in the stock
  • Grip not worn and sharp 
• Grade C
  • I ran out of grade B stocks, so some sets will have Grade B HGs
  • No missing teeth, slight chipping porible, possible cracks, nothing mising (will take photos)
  • stock in good conditon but may have dry rotting in rubber buttplate or some small piece missing, stock may be mottled some, some slign swivels have rust, most rusted have been blasted and painted/sling loop replaced
• Grade D
  • Missing one tooth on Handguards
  • good grip
  • stock in good condtion but may a crack in the body
• Set R1 - Very nice/cool Rack # Stock, Colt grip and very nice grade A HG set
• Grade C Handguard and Grip sets Only - NO STOCK
  • Colt grips (Not all colt grips have a C, pre 1968 have no mold mark)
  • I ran out of stocks so I paired grade B HG/Grips with Grade C stocks... 
  • These are the true grade C HG & Grips, still very nice no missing teeth
• Grade D Handguard and Grip sets Only - NO STOCK
  • Colt Grips, not all have C if they are pre 1968
  • HGs missing One tooth or chipped, not bad enough to throw away
    • Mutiple missing teeth get thrown away
  • Worn grips
