INTL.MIL.CO Legal Disclaimers, Policies & Firearm Purchasing Guidelines

Use of INTL.MIL.CO Replica Receiver Agreement

By purchasing any product from INTL.MIL.CO, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in our Replica Receiver Notice and further agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the lawful possession, use, and modification of firearms and components.

Non-licensees (i.e., individuals without a Type 07 FFL and Class 2 SOT) are strictly prohibited from modifying any INTL.MIL.CO lower receiver to mimic or simulate machine gun features. This includes—but is not limited to—the engraving, drilling, or addition of a third (auto sear) pin hole, even for decorative or non-functional purposes.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has determined that such modifications may constitute unlawful manufacture of a machine gun under federal law, regardless of intent or functionality. Violators may be subject to felony prosecution.

End users may apply custom engravings or markings at their discretion, provided such modifications comply with all applicable laws. INTL.MIL.CO assumes no responsibility or liability for aftermarket alterations. Any modified receiver must not be misrepresented as originally manufactured, endorsed, or engraved by INTL.MIL.CO. Customers are required to disclose that such modifications were performed independently.

GCA Firearm Purchasing Guide

All firearms sold by INTL.MIL.CO that are regulated under the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA) must be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in the buyer’s state of residence. These include all non-NFA firearms, such as semi-automatic rifles and receivers.

Transfer Requirements

In compliance with federal law:

  • We will only ship GCA-regulated firearms to a valid FFL license holder.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to either:

    • Provide a copy of their receiving dealer’s signed and current FFL, or

    • Have the dealer email a copy directly to: FFL@INTLMILCO.COM

All FFLs must be:

  • Current and unexpired

  • Signed

  • Sent from either the buyer or directly from the dealer (preferred)

Steps to Complete Your GCA Firearm Order:

  1. Place your order through our website, some receivers are preorders so they will ship once the receiver is finished.

  2. Arrange transfer with your chosen FFL dealer.

  3. Have your dealer send a signed copy of their license to: FFL@INTLMILCO.COM referencing your order number and name

  4. Once we receive the license, we will verify its validity and ship the firearm to the licensed location.

We do not ship GCA firearms directly to individuals. All shipments must be made to a licensed dealer who will perform the required background check and transfer process.

Legal Compliance

INTL.MIL.CO strictly complies with all federal, state, and local laws. Firearms will not be shipped to jurisdictions where prohibited, and buyers are responsible for ensuring legality in their area before ordering.

NFA Firearm Purchasing Guide

Buying an NFA Firearm
NFA firearms include machine guns, silencers, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, AOWs, and destructive devices. These items are legal in many states and can be owned by individuals, trusts, or corporations with ATF approval.

All NFA items are registered. Transfer requires ATF approval and submission of the appropriate form (e.g., Form 3 or Form 4). The item remains with the seller until transfer approval is granted.

Transfer Process

  1. After payment, we file a Form 3 to transfer the item to your local Class 3 dealer (takes 30–45 days).

  2. Upon arrival, inspect the item. You have a 3-day inspection period. If there are issues, we will refund or repair.

  3. Your dealer assists with Form 4. You’ll attach a photo and fingerprints.

  4. CLEO sign-off is no longer required.

  5. Send the completed Form 4 and $200 tax to ATF. Average approval time: 4–6 months.

When approved, the dealer will release the item to you. At that point, you become the lawful registered owner.

Investment Note
Due to the 1986 ban, transferable machine guns are limited in supply and increasing in value. They remain one of the most collectible and appreciating assets in the firearms world.
