Built for purists. This is a premium, historically accurate M16A1 semi-auto lower parts kit using genuine USGI components and top-grade subcontracted reproductions.

M16A1 Selectors: OG Vietnam-era takeoffs (mostly 1964–1968 Colt and H&R). Reparked by John Thomas @ Retro Arms Works or used with patina.

Trigger: USGI-style semi-auto Schmid trigger, precision-ground sear face — same trigger used by the Pony since the ’80s.

Steel parts are finished in GREY manganese phosphate (not nitride or black oxide).

Trigger guard and mag release available in grey or black anodized — matched in-house to our lower receivers.

All steel components oiled for corrosion resistance. Degrease with acetone or brake cleaner for a classic grey finish.
Most modern LPKs (except AR15sport) include imported or incorrectly finished parts. Ours are as close to vintage USGI as it gets — no shortcuts taken.

Recommended Business!
Ordered this for my H&R retro build. After wiping the pieces down with acetone, they turned a nice grey color. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the LPK. After the initial confirmation email upon purchase, didn’t receive any communication. I inquired about the status of the order around 2 weeks after purchase, and I was promptly given an update - seller was very responsive and I received the shipment not long after. Highly recommend doing business with INTL MIL CO.
