• Designed to be used on 20" or 14.5" .625" pencil barrels -14.7 or longer barrels will NOT work properly as they won't time with the front sight block - some 14.5" barrels will require stainless shims depending on barrel length
  • USGI & New H&R 20" barrels work perfectly
  • *Brownells 20” barrels are functional, but the threaded shoulder is approximately 1/8” too long compared to USGI-spec dimensions. This may affect suppressor indexing on the bayonet lug, a competent gunsmith can easily turn the barrel shoulder to proper USGI spec if desired.
  • *Alternatively, we will be offering an optional Brownells-specific rear cap to accommodate the extended shoulder length. This part will be available within ~3 weeks and can be ordered separately so the silencer can be used on any barrel

    1. Remove Flash hider & the split washer
    2. Carefully slide suppressor over the barrel and thread on
    3. Once the back cap gets close to the fsb, grasp it to hold it in place so the bayo lug lines up with the slot in the back cap
    4. Tighten suppressor down firmly
